Chelsea Waterfront is one of London’s most significant riverside developments, designed by the late Sir Terry Farrell. Spanning two boroughs, the scheme brings together Powerhouse – the transformed Lots Road Power Station – two landmark residential towers, riverside buildings, new bridges and gardens.
Kallaway was appointed to move the development beyond traditional property PR coverage and help it attracting global UHNW buyers.
We positioned Chelsea Waterfront as Chelsea’s Best Address - a place to live, invest and belong.
We moved the development beyond the property pages through high-quality coverage across luxury, lifestyle and cultural media, increasing visibility in the environments that shape perception and choice.
We created desire through carefully selected partnerships. This included an exclusive collaboration with David Linley, who designed a bespoke artwork of Chelsea Waterfront inspired by the Skyline series.
To mark the reopening of the bridge across Chelsea Creek, we created a film with Poet Laureate Simon Armitage, sharing an original poem inspired by the development through a public QR activation.
We curated the High Society event series, bringing influential brand partners and new UHNW audiences to Chelsea Waterfront for private on-site experiences designed to build desire and direct connection. Examples included an evening with Christian Dior illustrator Bill Donovan, in partnership with gallery Gray MCA through to exclusive whisky and investment evening with Whisky 1901 for members of AYU, the private hedge fund and family office network.
We brought together Fiona Barratt-Campbell, designer of the Powerhouse atrium, concierge spaces and penthouse, with Guerlain, the iconic French luxury beauty and fragrance house, for an exclusive scent-scaping experience and panel discussion on the role of fragrance in interior design.
Alongside this, we developed ongoing storytelling across press, newsletters, film and social media, highlighting the development’s heritage, craftsmanship and long-term value.
Chelsea Waterfront is now recognised as a landmark riverside address, blending heritage, culture and luxury to build long-term demand. We continue to support Chelsea Waterfront.

“Kallaway showed us a new way of approaching our communications. We have been impressed by the team’s creativity and strategic approach and its understanding of the property sector. Since appointment, they have uncovered stories that have not yet been told, while giving us new and engaging ways of telling them.”
