Chalegrove Properties

Chalegrove Properties appointed Kallaway to help market the UK’s tallest residential building, the 75 floor Landmark Pinnacle in Canary Wharf, London.

Inspired by our successful campaigns for other landmark buildings such as The Shard, Chalegrove wanted a campaign that would help the building stand out and appeal to its target market. 

Our campaign began when the Squire and Partners architect designed building was still under construction. Harnessing this exclusive aspect of the build we ran hard hat tours for key media from the UK and international press, increasing interest in Canary Wharf’s latest addition.  

To help overcome the challenging market conditions caused by the pandemic and 2022’s mini budget we are working closely with Landmark Pinnacle’s sales agents to deliver consistent and highly targeted media coverage on the building’s unique selling points including the UK’s highest gym, roof garden and tropical garden.  

Our brand partnership campaign ranging from performances by the Young Classical Artists through to exclusive opportunities for residents with high profile restaurant brands such as Hawksmoore and Roka is further adding value to the building’s offer.
